Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate shipping, receiving, and transportation schedules
Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams
Track inventory and shipments to ensure timely delivery
Handle documentation and data entry with accuracy
Support daily logistics operations and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
2–3 years of logistics, supply chain, or shipping experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, or other) a plus, but not required
Team player with a proactive attitude
