Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with manufacturing partner in Mandarin (bilingual Mandarin required)Assist with purchase orders, supplier communication, and inventory trackingCoordinate inbound and outbound shipmentsMonitor stock levels and update internal systems
Support logistics documentation and compliance requirementsCollaborate with warehouse, operations, and accounting teamsThe client will fully train on communication to their overseas teams, systems, and the auto-industry.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of purchasing, logistics, procurement, or administrative experience (manufacturing preferred)
Bilingual Mandarin to communicate with international clients
Experience working with ERP/MRP systems is a plus but not required (Oracle, JobBoss, etc.)
Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, but not required
