Logistics Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Administrative Coordinator to support daily logistics and dispatch operations. This role requires hands-on experience in dispatching, purchase order creation, and administrative support within a fast-paced logistics or transportation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and support daily dispatch operations
-Create, track, and manage purchase orders
-Perform accurate data entry and maintain logistics records
-Update and analyze reports using Excel
-Communicate with internal teams and vendors to support logistics workflows
-Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely follow-up on all administrative tasks
Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics, dispatch, or transportation-related administrative role
-Proven dispatch experience (required)
-Strong experience creating and managing purchase orders
-Advanced Excel skills (data entry, tracking, reporting)
-High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
