Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, maintaining consistent communication and strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of logistics and service solutions.
- Manage customer inquiries, service requests, account updates, and issue resolution with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Track account activity, customer needs, and key performance metrics while maintaining accurate records in CRM and operational systems.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales teams to support retention and business development efforts.
- Support customer meetings, presentations, occasional onsite visits, and special projects as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $60,000 to $73,000 per year.
- Full-time schedule.
- Monday through Friday, day shift.
- In-person work location.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage assigned logistics customer accounts and serve as the primary customer contact.
- Coordinate service delivery with internal sales, operations, and customer service teams.
- Resolve customer inquiries, account issues, and escalated concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, account activity, service requests, and customer data.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service experience of 2 or more years preferred.
- Account management experience of 1 or more years preferred.
- CRM software experience of 1 or more years preferred.
- Microsoft Office experience of 2 or more years preferred, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer records and account updates.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems independently, and manage multiple priorities.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to remain seated or stationary for extended periods while working at a computer.
- Ability to use computers, phones, and standard office equipment frequently.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to travel locally on occasion, including driving to customer locations when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, customer success, or client relations.
- Salesforce experience.
- Bilingual skills.
