Growing, brand-focused company in the trade show and refrigeration space is looking to bring on a junior-to-mid level Account Manager with a strong administrative and logistics foundation. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role supporting operations, freight coordination, and client communication, with a clear path into client-facing responsibilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate freight and logistics for trade shows (shipping, drop-offs, pickups)
Work with 3PL partners, warehouses, and vendors to manage inventory and deliveries
Source quotes, book shipments, and track cold equipment/refrigeration units
Handle administrative tasks and ad hoc operational requests
Communicate with clients on shipment status, arrivals, and timelines
Support field marketing efforts and on-the-ground event logistics
Maintain accurate tracking of inventory, shipments, and timelines
Assist with vendor coordination and ongoing warehouse setup
Gradually step into client-facing support and account management
What They’re Looking For
1–5 years of experience in logistics, freight, operations, or eCommerce/warehouse environments
Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once
Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate independently
Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset
Interest in brands, marketing, or experiential/events is a plus
Familiarity with 3PLs, shipping coordination, or cold storage/refrigeration is a plus
Ad agency or field marketing exposure is a bonus
