The ideal Lockbox Processor will be responsible for extracting of payment checks, processing daily document transactions that require accuracy and limited direct supervision, while maintaining the highest level of production and quality control. This opportunity is located in Huntley.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for sorting mail to customer's specifications, extracting contents, checking errors, or performing data entry functions
• Process deposits and run data processing equipment
• Analyzes data to solve periodic semi-complex issues
• Processes unpredictable mail volume

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Adhere to weekend schedule; Friday – Monday or Saturday – Tuesday, 5am – 3:30pm
• Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Alpha/Numeric data entry and typing skills - with outstanding accuracy
• Ability to work shifts during core business hours
