Document Specialist – Credit Card Department

Location: Des Moines IA
Pay Rate: $24.65 per hour

Our Fortune 500 banking client is in search of a Loan Workout Associate with expertise in legal documentation and digital file management for the Credit Card Department. This vital position requires precision and a keen eye for detail to support the loan workout process.

Your Role:
• Apply your legal understanding to manage and streamline collections documentation.
• Proficiently use Adobe software for document digitization, ensuring organized and accurate records.
• Provide critical support in document scanning and management for a dedicated collections team.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the collections and loan management system.

Who We're Looking For:
• Root Cause Analysis
• A digital document management expert with strong Adobe suite skills.
• Someone with a background in legal settings, especially related to credit card collections and financial services.
• A team player who excels at building relationships and enhancing team collaboration.

• Strong verbal and email communication
