Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate loan maintenance, timely payment processing, and excellent borrower support throughout the life of the loan. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of loan servicing operations, and a commitment to compliance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and service loan accounts from post-closing through payoff
• Process loan payments, escrow accounts, payoffs, and adjustments accurately and on time
• Respond to borrower inquiries regarding payments, balances, statements, and account changes
• Maintain and update loan records in servicing systems
• Monitor accounts for delinquencies, payment issues, and exceptions
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve servicing matters
• Ensure compliance with servicing regulations, policies, and investor guidelines
• Prepare and review account reports, statements, and notices as required

Required Qualifications
• Experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services
• Working knowledge of loan servicing processes, including payment application and escrow management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan servicing systems
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with mortgage, consumer, or commercial loan servicing
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to loan servicing
