We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented **Loan Agent** to support our expanding commercial lending portfolio. In this role, you’ll work closely with business clients, evaluate loan applications, and guide customers through the lending process with accuracy, professionalism, and exceptional service. **What You’ll Do**

* Manage and process commercial loan applications from initial inquiry through closing
* Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and collateral to assess borrower eligibility
* Provide clear guidance to clients throughout the loan process, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience
* Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and branch teams to move applications efficiently
* Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers, brokers, and internal partners
* Proactively identify lending opportunities to support portfolio growth

* Experience in **commercial lending, loan processing, or financial services
* Strong understanding of credit analysis and loan documentation
