What You’ll Be Doing
Lead all aspects of case management from pre-litigation through trial
Draft and file court documents, propound and respond to discovery, and manage litigation deadlines
Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings
Communicate with medical and legal experts, clients, and opposing counsel
Prepare and organize trial binders, exhibits, legal research, and strategic documents
Manage your attorney’s calendar, ensure court coverage, and track all case progress
Maintain both electronic and physical case files in compliance with firm protocols
Provide reliable administrative and billing support to keep operations moving
What You Bring to the Table
Solid knowledge of trial preparation, civil procedure, and court rules
At least 3 years of experience in litigation; PI or defense background preferred
Strong multitasking ability to manage 50 to 75 cases with confidence
Experience with court filings (e-filing and manual) and calendaring deadlines
Skilled in legal research, drafting pleadings, and working with legal software
Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; attention to detail is a must
