We're seeking a Litigation Secretary with at least two years of experience in a law firm specializing in Litigation or Labor & Employment.
This role supports attorneys and paralegals with complex legal and clerical tasks, including drafting and editing legal documents, managing court filings, scheduling, and trial preparation.
Candidates must be proficient in MS Office and legal software (e.g., iManage, Best Authority), and have thorough knowledge of state, federal, and appellate court rules and filing procedures.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage calendars, client communications, and administrative duties are essential.
