Job Title: Litigation Paralegal (Trial Experience Required)
Location: Orlando, FL 32801
Salary Range: Starting at $60,000+ (commensurate with experience)
Full benefits package including medical insurance, PTO, and 401(k) with company match
Schedule: In-office 5 days/week for first 90 days, then hybrid (3 in-office days/week minimum)

Seeking an experienced Trial Litigation Paralegal to join our clients' high-volume insurance defense team—who regularly takes cases to trial.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a strong focus on bodily injury and/or general liability, and must be confident preparing cases for trial and attending trial alongside counsel.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare cases for trial, including coordination with attorneys and other legal staff
Attend and support trials with assigned attorney
Summarize medical records and billing statements
Create detailed medical chronologies and bill summaries
Draft and manage discovery responses and pleadings
Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and co-counsel in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate billing records and meet billable hour requirements
Organize and maintain case files from intake through resolution
Independently manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience required
Trial preparation and trial attendance experience is required
Familiarity with Florida court procedures is strongly preferred
Prior experience summarizing medical records and bills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
