AppleOne is hiring an experienced Paralegal on behalf of a premier national law firm recognized for its excellence in mass tort litigation and defense. This is a great opportunity to contribute to high-stakes cases within a respected firm.


Responsibilities:

- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
- Manage multiple cases from inception through trial.
- Gather and coordinate document production from various sources.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize medical records and case-related materials.
- Review documents for relevance and privilege.
- Conduct factual and document research to support litigation efforts.
- Work closely with attorneys to provide comprehensive litigation support.


Qualifications:

- Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program (required).
- Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred).
- 4+ years of paralegal experience, ideally supporting litigation matters.
- Experience through all phases of litigation from case initiation to trial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat Pro/DC.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in toxic tort or mass tort litigation a plus (not required).
