A top-tier Tampa law firm is hiring an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal with a strong background in IP litigation, trademarks, copyrights, and civil litigation.
What You’ll Do:
Support attorneys in IP and civil litigation (state and federal)
Draft and file pleadings, manage discovery, and assist with trial prep
Handle trademark and copyright matters, plus some prosecution
Work closely with attorneys and clients to manage deadlines
What You Bring:
5+ years of litigation experience, IP focus preferred
Familiarity with USPTO and TTAB filings
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced legal environment
