We are searching for a driven and dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join a reputable firm based in Glens Falls dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to clients. This is a general practice firm with a growing litigation practice group. You will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation from matter inception to trial. Additional Skills

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
2. Assist in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
3. Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
4. Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
5. Prepare and file court documents in a timely manner.
6. Provide support to attorneys as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as a litigation paralegal.
2. Proficient in legal research and document drafting.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Familiarity with legal databases and case management software.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
