Job Summary

A respected legal services organization in Tampa, FL is seeking two experienced Litigation Paralegals for direct hire opportunities supporting attorneys through all phases of complex litigation. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys managing cases from intake through trial and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Litigation Paralegal will join a supportive legal team where paralegal expertise is valued and strong case management makes a direct impact. Key Responsibilities

- Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including intake, discovery, hearings, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
- Draft and prepare legal documents such as motions, affidavits, pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests, and discovery responses.
- Manage discovery, including document review, organization, indexing, production, and coordination with litigation support tools.
- Prepare exhibits, witness files, deposition summaries, trial notebooks, and electronic and physical case files.
- File documents electronically with Florida State Courts and U.S. District Courts.
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, experts, court personnel, vendors, and other case stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 annually.
- Schedule: Hybrid, with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote after successful completion of a 90-day onboarding period.
- Location: Tampa, FL, 1511 N. West Shore Blvd., Tampa, FL 33607.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support litigation matters from intake through trial.
- Manage discovery, document organization, and case file maintenance.
- Prepare legal documents, exhibits, deposition summaries, and trial materials.
- Coordinate court filings, hearings, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial logistics.

- Paralegal Certificate or Degree required.
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience required.
- Strong knowledge of Florida State Court and U.S. District Court procedures.
- Experience with e-filing in both state and federal courts.
- Knowledge of e-discovery platforms and litigation support software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent drafting, organizational, analytical, and case management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Ability to work overtime or travel occasionally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bankruptcy litigation experience.
- Experience coordinating large-scale trial or arbitration logistics.
- Experience with document management systems and electronic discovery databases.
