Are you a seasoned Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who can confidently manage a full caseload while playing a key role in trial preparation and case strategy.

What You’ll Do
Manage a full litigation caseload from inception through trial
Assist attorneys with trial preparation and attend trials as needed
Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal documents
Prepare expert disclosures, witness and exhibit lists, and trial exhibits
Coordinate and support mediations, depositions, and hearings
Prepare medical chronologies, records summaries, and billing summaries
Analyze medical bills and collateral source records
Communicate with and coordinate expert witnesses (including CMEs and trial prep)
Maintain organized case files and ensure strict confidentiality
Handle e-filing and assist with scheduling when needed
What You Bring
3–5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court systems, and legal protocols
Experience managing cases independently in a fast-paced setting
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with case management systems (Aderant Total Office/Client Profiles preferred)
Familiarity with time entry and billing practices (ABA codes, timesheets)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A team-first mindset with a professional, proactive approach
