Litigation Paralegal (Hybrid)

Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience
An established and collaborative legal team is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy practice handling complex commercial litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a boutique-style environment where contributions are recognized and valued.
The team represents clients with local, national, and international interests and is committed to delivering high-quality legal services through teamwork and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Electronically file documents in state and federal courts
Draft pleadings, motions, notices, and correspondence for attorney review
Coordinate and prepare for hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings
Assist with discovery, including drafting requests/responses and managing document production
Prepare and issue subpoenas
Maintain attorney calendars and track case deadlines
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and witnesses
Organize and maintain case files; follow up on outstanding matters
Enter daily billing and timekeeping records
Proofread legal documents for accuracy, formatting, and consistency
Qualifications
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
Commercial litigation experience preferred; other litigation backgrounds considered
Associate degree in Paralegal Studies, paralegal certification, or equivalent experience (7+ years)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word
Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work Schedule
Hybrid structure
In-office training for the first 90–120 days
Eligible for 1 remote day per week after training
Potential for a second remote day based on productivity benchmarks
