Law Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our collaborative Orlando office. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a boutique firm environment where contributions are recognized and valued.
Our team represents clients with local, national, and international interests, handling complex commercial litigation matters while maintaining a strong commitment to client service and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
File documents electronically in state and federal courts
Draft pleadings, motions, notices, and correspondence for attorney review
Coordinate and prepare for hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings
Assist with discovery, including drafting requests/responses and managing document production
Prepare and issue subpoenas
Maintain attorney calendars and monitor case deadlines
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, judicial assistants, and witnesses
Organize and maintain case files and follow up on pending matters
Enter daily billing/timekeeping
Proofread legal documents for formatting, spelling, and accuracy

Qualifications:
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
Commercial litigation experience preferred (other litigation experience considered)
Associate degree in Paralegal Studies, Florida Registered Paralegal or NALA certification, or 7+ years of equivalent litigation paralegal experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word
Typing speed of 50 WPM
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills

Schedule:
Hybrid opportunity - In-office training for the first 90–120 days
Eligible for 1 remote day per week after training
Potential for a second remote day after reaching 100+ billable hours per month
