Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (Commensurate with experience)

About the Position
AppleOne has a direct hire opportunity with a growing community association law firm in Winter Garden, Florida, seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a large caseload with confidence and professionalism.

Note: This is a fully in-office position; remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities
Document Management: Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and related litigation documents.

Coordination & Scheduling: Coordinate hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials, including strict management of calendaring deadlines.

Communication: Serve as a point of contact for opposing counsel, courts, clients, and vendors.

Case Support: Assist attorneys with case strategy, negotiation, and settlement efforts.

Tracking: Manage and track a high volume of active litigation files while ensuring compliance with court rules.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Prior experience as a litigation paralegal required (Community association or real estate law experience is a significant plus).

Legal Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures, filing requirements, and deadlines.

Drafting & Org Skills: Excellent drafting, organizational, and time-management abilities.

Communication: Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with professionalism and discretion.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
