In this role you'll assist in managing cases from inception through trial and appeal, handling legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery documents, organizing exhibits, preparing filings, and maintaining client communication.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
Draft, proofread, and prepare legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate communications with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Prepare and file court documents in compliance with deadlines.
Provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a litigation paralegal required.
Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and document management.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with legal databases and case management software.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
