Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Coral Gables, FL (100% In-Office)
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time
Salary: $80-100k (based on experience)
We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to support our Coral Gables Office. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of legal assistant/paralegal experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.
Key responsibilities include:
• Provide paralegal support on all phases of cases, including pre-suit negotiations, discovery, litigation, and trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents
• Coordinate and manage case files, calendaring deadlines, and scheduling
• Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and government agencies
• Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings as needed
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years experience required
• Strong knowledge of Florida specific state and federal procedures and statutes
• Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) status is highly preferred
• Proficiency with legal document preparation, case management, and court filing systems
• Experience using Clio legal software preferred, but not required
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
