?? Downtown Orlando | ?? $75,000 – $85,000 | ?? Hybrid after 90 days (2 days/week)
What You’ll Do:
• Draft motions, affidavits, and discovery documents
• Manage e-discovery and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and maintain case files
• Oversee case management and assist with depositions, hearings, and mediations
What You’ll Need:
• Paralegal Certificate or 5+ years of litigation experience
• In-depth knowledge of Florida & U.S. District Court procedures
• Experience with Relativity, Reveal, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with all stages of litigation including trial
