Growing law firm is currently seeking a full-time Litigation Assistant with a minimum of five years of legal experience to join an esteemed team. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive background in civil litigation, with demonstrated experience in both State and Federal Courts. Preference will be given to those with expertise in employment, real estate, and commercial litigation matters. Applicants must exhibit exceptional organizational skills, maturity, professionalism, and a courteous demeanor. Superior verbal and written communication abilities, along with meticulous attention to detail and proofreading, are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat is required, and experience with NetDocs is considered an asset. Compensation for this position ranges from $35 to $45 per hour, commensurate with experience. Candidates should have a minimum of three years’ experience as a litigation assistant within a law firm environment. Please be prepared to clearly outline relevant civil litigation experience.
