Join a fast-paced legal team and play a key role in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process.
Responsibilities
Manage court deadlines, attorney calendars, and case docketing
Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents and pleadings
Handle ECF filings and maintain accurate case records
Organize electronic files and document management systems
Coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings
Assist with document preparation, PDF editing, and redactions
Support billing, time entry review, and attorney follow-up
Qualifications
2+ years of Litigation Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary experience
Experience with ECF filings and litigation support
Strong calendaring, docketing, and document management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred: Experience with iManage, LawToolBox, or similar legal software.
