Seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support a busy litigation team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and being a key support partner to attorneys and clients.

Duties:
• Manage litigation calendars, docketing, and court deadlines with precision
• Assist attorneys with case management, court filings (state and federal), and legal document preparation
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks
• Support office operations including phone coverage, document management, and inter-team communication
• Serve as a collaborative team member and backup support across administrative functions
• Quickly learn and effectively use firm technology and case management systems

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience as a litigation legal assistant or litigation secretary
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and filing requirements
• Proven expertise in litigation calendaring and deadline tracking
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality
