We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team and handle a broad range of litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have strong courtroom experience and excellent legal writing skills. Knowledge of Community Association Law is highly preferred.

As a Litigation Attorney, you'll represent clients in trials, hearings, and negotiations, and will be responsible for drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. You’ll also provide clear legal advice, manage case files, and stay up to date on evolving laws and regulations.

We’re looking for a Litigation Attorney with a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, active membership in the Florida Bar, and a solid track record in litigation. You should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively with other attorneys and legal staff.

This is a great opportunity for a Litigation Attorney who is detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to take ownership of cases from start to finish. Prior experience in a law firm setting is a plus.
