We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join a prestigious law firm in Orlando, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact, complex litigation matters in a collaborative and supportive environment. What You’ll Do:
As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will play an integral role in managing diverse commercial disputes and growing your litigation skills while contributing to the firm’s legacy of success. You will work closely with experienced attorneys and clients, gaining exposure to complex legal issues and high-profile cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with minimal supervision
Assist in case strategy and trial preparation
Handle depositions and represent clients in court appearances
Maintain client communication and manage professional relationships
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies
What We’re Looking For:
2–4 years of commercial litigation experience
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active member of the Florida Bar
Trial experience is a strong plus
Excellent legal writing, research, and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
