Litigation Associate Attorney – Orlando, FL

Are you a driven and experienced Litigation Associate Attorney looking to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, client-focused environment? Our well-established litigation and trial law firm, located in the heart of downtown Orlando, is seeking a talented associate with 3–7+ years of civil litigation experience to join our team.

General Commercial Litigation
High-Risk and Excess Exposure Cases

The ideal candidate will have:
A strong foundation in civil litigation
Working knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
Experience taking depositions, attending hearings, and handling motion practice
Excellent legal writing and research skills
A strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
Strong client communication and case management abilities
Bonus: Experience in product liability and/or as National Discovery Counsel is a plus, but not required. We also welcome candidates with prior State Attorney’s Office experience who are ready to transition into civil litigation.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research, case analysis, and document drafting
Participate in and prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials
Collaborate with attorneys and clients on litigation strategy
Manage caseload and client reporting with minimal supervision
Produce high-quality, persuasive legal writing and arguments
Contribute to a strong team culture and maintain professionalism
