A growing downtown Santa Rosa law firm is seeking a full-time Litigation Assistant with a minimum of five years of legal experience to join its team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide litigation support in a busy civil litigation practice
Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents in both State and Federal Courts
Manage case calendars, deadlines, and correspondence
Maintain case files, including electronic document management (NetDocs experience a plus)
Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years as a litigation assistant in a law firm (5+ years preferred)
Strong background in civil litigation (employment, real estate, and commercial litigation preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat (NetDocs a plus)
Excellent organization, communication, and proofreading skills
Mature, professional, and detail-oriented with a friendly demeanor
This is an onsite role in Santa Rosa—remote work is not available.
