We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Assistant to join a firm known for its long-standing team, collaborative culture, and exceptional support. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of litigation experience within Washington State counties and be currently located in Washington State. Familiarity with local court systems and procedures is essential. Applications from out-of-state candidates will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Provide litigation support including case preparation, filings, and document management
Coordinate court schedules, deadlines, and legal correspondence
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all litigation-related tasks
Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to ensure efficient case progression
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of litigation support experience in Washington State
Strong knowledge of Washington court systems and legal procedures
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management tools
