What You’ll Do:
Manage and organize complex litigation case files and documentation.
Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
Coordinate with attorneys, clients, courts, and opposing counsel to ensure deadlines and filings are met promptly.
Conduct legal research and assist in preparing trial materials.
Maintain case calendars, schedule meetings, and support attorneys with day-to-day litigation needs.
Assist with e-discovery processes and document management systems.
What We’re Looking For:
3 to 5 years of litigation assistant experience, specifically within Washington State courts.
Strong understanding of Washington State litigation procedures, court rules, and filing systems.
Excellent organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
Proficiency in legal software, case management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must reside in Washington State to comply with jurisdictional requirements.
