Line Inspector | Quality Control Technician
Detail-driven Quality Control Technician with a sharp eye for accuracy and compliance, ensuring every product meets the highest standards from start to finish. Provides hands-on support to production lines by performing in-process inspections, line clearances, and sampling procedures while strictly adhering to batch instructions and quality protocols.
Responsible for first article, first pallet, and random inspections, verifying labeling accuracy, and approving outgoing shipments for completeness. Proactively identifies and addresses non-conformances—pausing production when necessary to uphold quality standards. Maintains thorough documentation, including batch records, inspection reports, deviation forms, and daily logs.
Monitors manufacturing and packaging operations, conducts AQL checks, manages retain samples, and ensures proper sample collection for lab and customer testing. Supports compliance through temperature monitoring and follow-up inspections on reworked products.
