Job Title: Licensed Insurance Agent (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Remote (Florida) or Onsite/Hybrid if local
Compensation: $15/hr base pay + commission on personal sales
We’re seeking a motivated and licensed Insurance Agent for a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong earning potential. This role offers flexibility—work fully remote from anywhere in Florida or join us onsite/hybrid if you’re local.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow an existing book of business while ensuring high client satisfaction
Use agency-provided leads to generate new business and cross-sell policies (home, auto, umbrella, specialty)
Build a personal client base through networking, referrals, and outreach
Deliver personalized insurance solutions and expert advice to clients
Qualifications:
Remote candidates: Must hold an active Florida 2-20 P&C Insurance License
Onsite candidates: Must hold a valid 440 Customer Service Rep License
Proven success in insurance sales
Strong understanding of personal P&C lines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
