Location: Tucson, AZ
Pay: $18–$20/hour base + uncapped commission (Total potential: $50K–$90K+)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM | No weekends
Worksite: In-office with 1 remote day per week
Language: Bilingual Spanish/English preferred, but not required

We’re hiring two Licensed Inside Sales Agents to join a high-performing insurance agency in Tucson. What You’ll Do:

Engage with customers in person, by phone, and through follow-ups to build lasting relationships
Sell bundled insurance products including home, auto, condo, and life
Write a minimum of 5 property policies each month and aim for 3 life policies per day
Retain and grow your book of business through expert advice and outstanding service
Be a trusted advisor who solves problems and builds client confidence

What You Bring:

Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (P&C) license – required
1+ year of sales experience (insurance, hospitality, or retail a plus!)
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented with a positive mindset
Bilingual (Spanish/English) – preferred, not required

Compensation & Perks:
Base Pay: $18–$20/hour
Earning Potential: $50K–$90K+ annually (uncapped commission)
Bonuses: Monthly and annual performance-based incentives

Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends, with one remote day each week
