Key Responsibilities:

Providing guidance and education to families on insurance solutions, empowering them to safeguard their loved ones and assets.
Taking a consultative approach rather than focusing on sales, our agents act as educators, assisting clients in understanding their insurance needs and options.
Conducting underwriting and quoting processes to ensure clients receive appropriate coverage.
Serving as a knowledgeable resource and guide to families throughout their insurance journey.
Assisting clients in obtaining personal insurance and identity theft protection.

Who You Are:

Passionate and hard-working, with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
Possessing a nurturing and educational mindset, with a genuine desire to help others.
Thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Reliable, adaptable, and compassionate.
Typing at a minimum speed of 45 words per minute.
Experienced in telephone sales.
Holding a Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance license.
