Now Hiring: In-House Mortgage Loan Officer (VA & FHA Focus)
Location: Fully Remote (Preference for TX, AZ, Central Time Zone)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Benefits

We are seeking a licensed In-House Mortgage Loan Officer with strong experience in VA and FHA loan programs. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who enjoys building relationships and helping veterans, active-duty military, and first-time homebuyers navigate the financing process.
Responsibilities:

Originate VA, FHA, and government-backed residential mortgage loans
Guide borrowers from application through closing
Educate clients on loan options and qualification requirements
Build relationships with real estate partners and referral sources
Review credit, income, and financial documentation
Ensure compliance with federal, state, VA, FHA, and company guidelines
Meet or exceed monthly production goals

Qualifications:

Active NMLS license required
2+ years of mortgage lending experience preferred
Strong knowledge of VA and FHA guidelines
Proven ability to self-source and convert leads
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with LOS, CRM, and mortgage technology platforms
