We are seeking a motivated and licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will educate clients on available products, assess their needs, and recommend policies that provide long-term value and protection.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and excellent customer service.
Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate life and health insurance products.
Manage client accounts, process applications, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Meet sales goals while maintaining a client-first approach.
Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
Active Life and Health Insurance License (required).
Proven experience in sales, insurance, or financial services preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with strong time-management abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
