We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agent to assist clients with their insurance needs while driving sales growth and profitability. Candidates must hold an active New York State P&C License to be considered.
This role is ideal for a competitive, client-focused professional who thrives in a sales environment and enjoys building long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
· Develop and cultivate lead sources, including members, referral partners, and community connections
· Proactively generating new business through outbound calling, marketing campaigns, community events, and cross-selling initiatives
· Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through self-motivation and performance-driven focus
· Identify client needs, present tailored insurance solutions, overcome objections, and close sales
· Promote and cross-sell additional products and services, including Automotive, Financial, Travel, and Membership offerings
· Maintain strong professional relationships with team members and store associates
· Provide high-quality customer service throughout the sales and policy lifecycle
· Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or equivalent require
· Active New York State Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required
· 1–3 years of insurance sales or related sales experience preferred
· Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and related computer systems
· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
