A reputable insurance agency in Shreveport is seeking a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping clients protect what matters most.

Daily Responsibilities:
Educate clients on property and casualty insurance products, including home, auto, renters, and liability coverage
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
Generate quotes, bind policies, and manage renewals and endorsements
Maintain compliance with state regulations and agency procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up
Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service
Requirements:
Active Property & Casualty License in the state of Louisiana
Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency with insurance software and quoting platforms
