A growing insurance agency is seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) with Sales Support experience to join their team. This role focuses on supporting existing clients, assisting with new business opportunities, and helping maintain strong relationships with customers, mortgage partners, and realtors.
We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, and customer-focused, with experience handling Property & Casualty insurance accounts and working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and make outbound service calls to existing clients
Enter and manage leads in the NowCerts CRM system
Process policy updates such as Mortgagee changes
Conduct warm calls to prospects requesting Property & Casualty quotes
Assist with prospect intake for new leads
Follow up with customers and insurance carriers regarding underwriting issues
Cross-sell insurance products to existing clients when appropriate
Maintain and organize electronic client files and CRM records
Support marketing efforts with mortgage brokers and real estate partners
Assist with community events and customer exposure opportunities
Maintain communication with clients, carriers, and internal team members
Respond promptly to client needs via phone and email
Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance License required
3+ years of insurance agency experience preferred
Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance
Experience with CRM systems (NowCerts experience is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, dependable, and professional
