We are seeking licensed Health Insurance Consultant to support in-person and phone-based sales in a dynamic, customer-facing environment. This is an on-site contract position in Florida. An active Florida 2-15 or 4-40 insurance license is required.

Pay: $25–$26/hour
Type: Contract (September–December 2025)

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct consultative health insurance sales in person and by phone
-Educate individuals on plan options, benefits, and the enrollment process
-Manage inbound inquiries and perform follow-up outreach to close sales
-Meet or exceed sales, retention, and customer service goals
-Support community outreach events and promote awareness of available services
-Maintain compliance with sales procedures and accurately document all interactions


Required Qualifications:
-Active Florida 2-15 (Health & Life) or 2-40 (Health) insurance license
-High school diploma or GED
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online tools
-Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
-Successful completion of background screening and fingerprinting

Preferred Qualifications:
-1+ year of insurance sales, or customer-facing experience
-Knowledge of health insurance products and enrollment support
