We are seeking an experienced Leisure Travel Consultant with strong sales skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will assist clients with personalized travel planning, book reservations, and drive revenue through travel-related product sales.

Responsibilities

· Plan and book leisure travel arrangements, including airline, cruise, rail, hotel, car rental, and tour reservations
· Prepare detailed individual and group travel itineraries
· Ensure accuracy of travel documents and confirmations
· Provide personalized destination recommendations based on client interests, preferences, and budget
· Maintain organized records of bookings, travel materials, and documentation
· Stay current on travel trends, destinations, vendor promotions, and industry updates
· Cross-sell travel insurance, memberships, and related products to maximize revenue and client satisfaction
· Provide rotating coverage in service centers, including evenings, weekends, and holidays


Qualifications

· High School Diploma or equivalent required
· Prior travel agent or leisure travel sales experience required
· Strong sales ability with a customer-focused mindset
· Knowledge of travel agency operations, booking systems, and world geography
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and travel reservation software (GDS experience preferred)
· Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
