Client is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Legal Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day office services operations within a busy legal office environment. This position will supervise a small onsite team while actively supporting legal office functions including copy/print services, records management, mail operations, hospitality support, conference room coordination, and legal document handling.The ideal candidate will have prior legal industry experience, strong leadership abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with attorneys, partners, court personnel, vendors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations for a 1–3 person legal office services site
Support copy, scanning, production, mail, shipping, hospitality, reception backup, and facilities operations
Handle confidential and time-sensitive legal documents
Coordinate legal document delivery to courthouses and related locations
Assist with legal records management and workflow processes
Manage scheduling for offsite trial support, labor, supplies, and equipment
Provide employee guidance, workflow training, and operational support
Monitor productivity, quality standards, deadlines, and site profitability
Maintain accurate payroll/timekeeping records and reporting
Support invoice tracking, billing, and month-end reporting activities
Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user issues and service resolution

Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of related experience required
Prior legal industry experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with legal workflows, court systems, filings, depositions, transcripts, discovery, briefs, and closing binders
Experience using legal software, document management systems, and cost recovery systems such as Copitrak or Equitrac preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, and legal office technology

Ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment

Comfortable working with legal professionals and senior-level staff

Physical Requirements
Primarily office-based environment
Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and carrying materials
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when needed
