Legal Secretary

We’re seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to support attorneys in a fast-paced Litigation/Labor & Employment practice. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision, deadlines, and court-driven work.
What you’ll do:
Draft and edit pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
Manage state, federal, and appellate court filings and deadlines
Create Tables of Contents & Tables of Authorities
Coordinate depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation
Provide high-level administrative and client support
What you bring:
2+ years of litigation law firm experience
Strong knowledge of court rules and filing procedures
Proficiency in MS Office and legal software (iManage, Adobe, Best Authority, etc.)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
