Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Legal Secretary to support attorneys and legal staff with administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong typing and Excel skills, a polished and professional demeanor, and preferably a Bachelor’s degree. This role requires attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports
Maintain and organize case files, calendars, and court schedules
File documents with courts and government agencies
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and other legal professionals
Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
Transcribe dictation and type legal documents with speed and accuracy
Assist with billing, timekeeping, and other administrative duties
Qualifications:

Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in a legal or professional office setting
Proficient typing skills and strong command of Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional office attire and demeanor required
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
