Pay Rate: $20 – $22/hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a polished, customer-focused professional to join as a Legal Receptionist & Switchboard Associate supporting a corporate law firm environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, delivering exceptional front-desk, hospitality, and office support services.
Note: Candidates with hospitality or concierge experience are strongly preferred. Legal background candidates will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and welcoming approach
• Manage incoming calls via switchboard, ensuring proper routing and phone etiquette
• Schedule and prepare conference rooms, including AV setup, catering, and supplies
• Coordinate hospitality services such as beverages, meals, and meeting support
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception, conference rooms, and kitchen areas
• Handle mail, shipping, scanning, copying, and office supply inventory
• Support office operations, facilities requests, and general administrative tasks
• Maintain visitor logs and follow security protocols
• Act as a concierge by assisting guests with local area recommendations
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients

Qualifications:
• High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or office support
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform moderate physical activity

Preferred Experience:
• Hospitality, concierge, or front desk experience
• Experience in office operations, corporate environments, or shared office services
