Area Customer Service Coordinator – Managed Services (Onsite)
Location: New Orleans, LA
Primary Work Area: Downtown New Orleans
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Must be flexible; hours may vary by site and may start as early as 6:00 AM or end as late as 7:00 PM
Travel: Required (approximately 30%; covering 3 professional office locations)
Position Overview
A leading managed services provider is seeking a professional and dependable Area Customer Service Coordinator to support onsite operations at multiple professional office locations. This role provides coverage for printing, mail services, document support, and occasional reception duties. The ideal candidate has office experience, strong computer skills, and the flexibility to travel between locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide onsite customer service support at multiple office locations
• Assist with printing, copying, scanning, mail services, and document handling
• Provide reception coverage as needed
• Ensure daily operations meet service expectations and quality standards
• Communicate with site contacts and escalate issues to management when required
• Assist with onboarding and cross-training of staff
• Perform basic troubleshooting of office equipment and service issues
• Collect operational data and assist with reporting as directed
• Travel between assigned locations to provide coverage for absences or schedule needs
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow business casual dress code
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 12 months of office, administrative, or customer service experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic file navigation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work at multiple locations
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a law firm or professional office environment
• Experience with printing, document services, or managed services support
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
• Office and light warehouse settings
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting as required
• Occasional pushing or pulling of wheeled equipment
• Frequent local travel between office locations
