We are seeking a polished, professional, and experienced Legal Receptionist to join a fast-paced law office in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, making a strong first impression essential.

The ideal candidate is articulate, highly organized, and thrives in a professional environment. Prior experience in a law firm is preferred; however, candidates with corporate front office experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Manage front desk operations, including directing guests and handling check-in procedures
Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Coordinate conference room scheduling and prepare for in-office meetings
Assist with office security procedures, including visitor logs and badge distribution
Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and correspondence
Maintain records of office-related expenses and receipts when applicable
Provide general administrative support such as filing, copying, and data entry
Offer hospitality services to clients (e.g., coffee, water, etc.)

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of receptionist or front office experience
Prior law firm experience preferred; corporate office experience required if not
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly professional demeanor with a polished appearance
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented
