A boutique law firm in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a professional and energetic Legal Receptionist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a client-facing environment and supporting a fast-paced professional office.
The firm is looking for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative responsibilities while creating a welcoming experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Greet and assist clients visiting the office
• Schedule meetings for attorneys and paralegals
• Manage filing, mail distribution, and administrative tasks
• Assist with organization and coordination of off-site file storage
• Provide administrative support to two firm partners
• Maintain office supplies and break room inventory
• Keep reception area organized, clean, and professional
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration as needed
Qualifications
• Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Reliable transportation required for occasional off-site file management
Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
100% onsite
